Seattle Children's Hospital Class Action Trial

SEATTLE — Seattle Children's must pay approximately $215,000 to people who were exposed to aspergillus mold inside the hospital.

A class action lawsuit was filed in 2019 by families who had loved ones exposed to the fungus, including two babies and an 11 year old child in an operating room during heart surgery.
