I love my job.  People trust me to help them in times of crisis and tragedy.  It is hard enough to survive wrongful injury or death of a loved one.  What follows can be even more difficult.  We all need to believe in our ability to lead a worthy life – to plan, to dream, and to make difference.  Yet our hopes can be stolen in an instant by the carelessness and wrongdoing of others.  I fight hard to help people recover financially.  I also help them recover a sense of justice and empowerment.

For me, the practice of law truly is about family.  My beautiful and talented wife Courtney is also an attorney, and we practice law together.  We have exciting jobs as trial lawyers, and at home we have real wildlife: a sassy toddler girl, a boisterous one year old, and three rambunctious dogs.  In my spare time, I also like any excuse to use power tools, Scuba diving in sunken ships, and electric blues guitar.

This website is about life in and outside of the practice of law.
